Cars, trucks or vans of any kind were not to drive anywhere on lawns, grass or sidewalks. 

Residents would have been held accountable for damage to common property if they, their guests or service companies drove on or damaged common property. 

This was because there was underground sprinklers, water, sewar and gas lines that could have been damaged.
